Currently in Troop 504, most leadership positions (Patrol Leader, Scribe, Webmaster, Troop Guide, etc) are appointed on request by the Scoutmaster due to requirements and helping keeping the PLC balanced in who needs a role and who doesn’t. The only exception being the election of the Senior Patrol Leader. This occurs twice a year, each SPL term lasting ~6 months.
